Each day we devote an hour to personal prayer, allowing God to touch our lives.
We participate in a Eucharistic celebration, according to the possibilities, where we unite ourselves to the sacrifice of Christ, so that nourished by the Word of God and the Body of Christ - we get strength to continue the offering we have made of ourselves.
We spend time in adoration of the Blessed Sacrament.
Since a deep love of the Virgin Mary is a characteristic of our spirituality; we pray the rosary with Mary every day.
By taking time to read, we keep ourselves informed of what concerns our Faith; and abreast of what is happening in the life of the Church, and in the world - all this becoming the subject of our prayer of intercession and thanksgiving.
In the course of each year we take time off for an 8-day retreat, a weekend, and days of recollection according to the possibilities open to us. These special times remind us of God's purpose for our lives.
"Don't think of prayer as work! Prayer is God communicating with a soul, as a father communicates with his child, or as a wife with her husband."
(An excerpt from a letter written by our Founder to Adelaide de Cice: 14th January 1789).
